Competition Regulations (hereafter - the Regulations and the Competition correspondingly)
1. Main provisions
1.1.The Competition shall be carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation ("RF"). The Promoter of the Competition is "CLASS-K" LLC (Savvinskaya str., 1, bld.4, Zheleznodorozhnyi city, Moscow District 143980) in cooperation with "Assa Abloy Resource" LLC and Insurance Group "Spasskie Vorota". The Competition is organized and carried out by "CLASS-K" LLC (hereafter the Organizer).
1.2. The Competition on breaking the lock Yale Scorpion ML-14 (light series) by manipulation method with the use of mechanical instruments, i.e. skeleton-keys, shall be held on 14th of October 2006 from 10.00 till 18.00 at the following address: Savvinskaya str., 1, bld.4, Zheleznodorozhnyi city, Moscow District.
1.3. All individuals - citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently living on the territory of the RF (hereinafter the Participants, are allowed to participate in the Competition. Employees of the Promoter and the Organizer and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the Competition. Individuals under 18 years are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
1.4.Individuals corresponding with all conditions specified by this Regulations and complying with all necessary requirements for registration as participants of the Competition specified by this Regulations are considered the Participants of the Competition. In case of failure in observance or violation of the Regulations, the Organizer of the Competition has the right to reject the registration as the Participant and reject to grant the guaranteed prize.
1.5.The Participants may participate in the Competition and receive the guaranteed prize providing all the conditions of the Competition specified by the Regulations are observed.
1.6.The Main Prize - automobile VAZ 2114 - shall be presented by the Organizer ("CLASS-K" LLC).
1.7.All the taxes, fees and expenses specified by the Legislation of the Russian Federation and related to the receipt and registration of the Prize shall be fully on the recipient of the Prize.
1.8.Shall the winner refuse to receive the Main Prize the Promoter of the Competition has the right to dispose of the Main Prize on his own discretion.
1.9.The fact of participation in the Competition means that the Participant is 18 years or older, is citizen of the RF, familiarized himself with the Regulations and agrees with them.
1.10.Relationships of the Participants and the Organizer (and authorized organizations) and disputes regarding the Competition shall be resolved under the Legislation of the RF.

2. Registration of the Participants
2.1.In order to participate in the Competition one should fill in the application form and send it not later than on 30th of September 2006. Registration details: the application form shall be accepted for registration providing all the fields of personal data are filled in:

" Passport details (series, number, issued by, issue date, post code, residence address/ or TIC)
" Date of birth
" Place of work, position
" Contact telephone number
" Date

2.3.Only the Participants who filled in the application form fully and sent it not later than on 30th of September 2006 shall be allowed to participate in the Competition.
2.4.The Participants, whose application forms are registered according to the above-mentioned Regulations, shall be notified by the Organizer via telephone and/or e-mail.
2.5.Only the Participants who arrived to the Competition premises not later then at 9:30 on 14th of October 2006 shall be allowed. The Participants whose application form came first but who is late for the beginning of the Competition shall be automatically moved to the end of the Participants Waiting List.
2.6.The Participants who failed to fill in the registration form adequately or fully shall be not allowed.
2.7.The Participants without identification documents (passport) shall be not allowed.

3.Competition procedure (hereinafter the Procedure and the Competition correspondingly)
3.1. The Competition on breaking the lock Yale Scorpion ML-14 (light series) by manipulation method with the use of mechanical instruments, i.e. skeleton-keys, shall be held on 14th of October 2006 from 10.00 till 18.00 at the following address: Savvinskaya str., 1, bld.4, Zheleznodorozhnyi city, Moscow District.
3.2.Jury: Representatives of the companies "CLASS-K" LLC, "Assa Abloy Resource" LLC and Insurance Group "Spasskie Vorota".
3.3.At 9:30 all the Participants shall be registered at the table of the representative of "CLASS-K" LLC.
3.4.Waiting List of the Participants shall be determined by the open casting of lots in presence of the Participants and members of the jury.
3.5.At 10:00 the jury shall choose a lock from several locks laid out on the table (every Participant shall get a new lock).
3.6.The lock shall be installed to the metal door, then the signal shall be given for the first Participant and time shall be recorded.
3.7.40 minutes shall be given for the attempt to open the lock. (30 minutes of resistance of lock corresponds to the forth (highest) resistance class according to the all-Union State Standard 5089-2003).
3.8.The Participants have to use their own instruments. The Participants who have no instruments shall not be allowed to participate in the Competition.
3.9.Methods based on the destruction of elements of lock or door are not permitted in the Competition. Moreover, the lock should stay in working state after the attempt of breaking or actual breaking.
3.10.After 40 minutes the signal to stop attempt shall be given. Members of the jury shall test the state of the lock. The lock shall be taken out of the door and in case of unsuccessful attempt shall be replaced with the new one. Then the next Participant shall be allowed to try.
3.11.The Competition shall be finished after the first successful attempt. The state of the lock shall be tested. The Participant who break the lock by manipulation methods without damage to the lock shall be declared the winner and get the Main Prize - automobile VAZ 2114.
3.12. The fact of participation in the Competition means that the Participant familiarized himself with the Regulations and agrees with them.
